Pueblo Business Recycling Drop Off Center

The Pueblo Business Recycling Drop-off is operated by Front Range Transload with funding from the Colorado Circular Communities Enterprise Fund (C3) and assistance from the Circular Economy Development Center. In addition to serving as a recycling drop-off for local businesses, this facility is the hub for a state-wide project called the Circular Transportation Network that collects materials from rural and mountainous areas without access to recycling. Materials are aggregated at this transload facility, baled and sent by truck and rail to processors and manufacturers that make them into new products. The goal of this project is to support the development of circular economies within Colorado and our surrounding region, to support our local economy, and to keep materials out of the landfill and circulating at their highest value.
